As a lot of you know, I love baking. As we can’t meet this week, I thought I’d share with you weekly recipes so that you can bake along at home! This weeks recipe is for Chocolate, Cardomon and Banana cake, a recipe from Hugh Fearnley- Whittingstall. This is one of my all time favourite recipes, as it’s full of chocolate and spicy goodness. The only difference when I make this cake to the recipe is that I often don't have sour cream, so I add a splash of milk. i was also low on the chocolate the other day, so I added cocoa, and took out a little flour. This is a really flexible recipe, so please let us know how you get on!
