We know a lot of you will be missing tapestry weaving and cake, so we've attached a recipe to keep you going through this week. This is a pear, chocolate and almond cake.
Another Spring time essential. I’ve been tweaking this recipe for a long time, as it the original was too dry, then my adaptation was a little too crumbly, so hopefully this recipe falls somewhere in the middle! The original recipe can be found here.
This is a great recipe for using up any leftover fruit- apples and pears work wonderfully. I also add less almonds and replace with flour as well as 100g of chocolate. I’d love to see what recipes you all have been trying!
